Recording Date....At Last

At last Stuart Pendrill has fixed a date to finish the recording of his latest CD "Over anD over 2".
"The new guitar is no further forward, so I'll use the trusty Fender" says Stuart, "and all the people who have kindly offered to join me, together with Annex Studios are all available so November 28th is the date. It's all very scary and exciting at the same time"

The pre Christmas run up is getting very busy for Stuart.

He can be seen at The Drum Stanford, Thursday 22nd November, The Wrotham Arms in Broadstairs Friday 23rd, then he performing at a Ceilidh in Canterbury Satugrday 24th. Then recording, as mentioned above, on the 28th.

Then as his alter ego, the hairy half of The Ramblin' Boys, he appears at the Friday Folk Club 30th November, then records a new Ramblin' Boys CD Saturday 1st December, and they are performing at Dartford Folk Club on the 4th.

Quite a full couple of weeks I'm sure you will agree

November 2007 Update

Stuart Pendrill is pleased to say that 'Over anD over' is taking shape, the demo CD has been made, and the results are very exciting.
There have been a number of friends and fellow musicians, who have asked to be part of this venture. Now the difficult part is arranging who will do what, without loosing the essence of this album.
The new guitar is still not been finished, but as Stuart says, "all good things are worth waiting for. A bit like the Album"

A home among the gum trees

Jim and Jan Woodham had one of their 'Folk Parties' on Sunday August 26th.
The weather was marvelous

Joy and Stuart Pendrill had a great time meeting friends old and new, there was lots of music, and lots of great food.
However what attracted Stuart was the Gum Tree, such an unusual site in the beautiful Kent country side, but well worth a photo opportunity.

Summer parties are great
